[Spridgets] Windscreen removal

Question about the pillar to body hardware on my '62 Sprite MKII.  The back 
"bolt" on both pillars has an accessible and visual nut.  The forward "bolt" 
have threads in the body or a welded nut on the inaccessible underside?
Once again thanks for your help.

Also, Any SoCal listers know of a good glass or windshield shop around 
Orange Co. or Riverside Co. to do the new gasket / windscreen install in the 
frame for me?
