Hi Bill,

You are correct. I did just one wheel last year and now I find the other 
is bad. Of course, I should have done them both together. I always do 
disc brake calipers in pairs. Don't know why I thought drums would be 
any different.

IMHO, if you have one bad wheel cylinder, they may all need attention.
