Strangely enough a US based lister sent it to me as a gift some years  ago! 
 It's rarely used but ideal for drilling across a corner of the brass  
magnetic sump plug on my Sprite.  I think I've seen something similar if  not 
the same in the Eastwood catalogue.
 
I do have a bolt drilling jig as well.
