[Spridgets] Motor Oil in the Gear Box

Yep, read that, did the big search on the web.
Even spoke with my friend who has been running an auto parts store for over 40 years.

Conclusion.  I could switch the oil out again to something else but it most likely
will still be notchy.

I'm going to leave the Mobil 1 gear oil in there and play wait an see.
My hope is it will improve with use.
