This only works if we ALL simply send them back and demand the proper 
product.  Or we stop buying from them and tell them why.

There will be no changes in the system until it gets expensive to continue 
business as usual.  Why should there be a change?  The purpose if these 
businesses is to make money.  As long as they continue making money, they 
are fulfilling their purpose.
