[Spridgets] rear brake adjuster wedge

IIRC, you should weld a bead onto your brake shoe, to make it a bit longer.
Adjust the replaceable part, not the part you will need on the car
permanently, IMHO. Should you ever get a correct set of brake shoes, and you
have changed your adjuster wedge.....
