Government regs are a valid point, but I think the discussion will be better if it doesn't degenerate to the level of an opportunity for one political persuasion to throw mud at the other political.

Because a "back to basic Mechanical car would never pass the "Obama reglations" put on the manufacturers by our so all knowing and wise elected officials.
