Besides, saw just the reason 'kids' have ZERO 'clue'
today.  Driver's Ed car leaving High School next door
with student "driving" AND Instructor in right-hand
seat coming to a 4-way stop to my right.  
As I STOPPED, I watched said 'student' ROLL THE
STOP SIGN at approx 5 mph. whilst making a right-
hand turn !!  Must be "legal" these days when based
on the fact that the other driver at the intersection
IS stopped ?!?!?

What the He|| ELSE are they being "taught" ?!?!?!?

Er, beside NOTHING ?!?!?
