[Spridgets] NTSC VS PAL

I have already viewed it (1958 Alpine Rally)  with VLC Player after
de-coding it using DVD Decrypter per Dave Yealy. (thanks Dave)  I can watch
it on my computer which is OK, but would like to be able to burn a disc and
watch it on my big screen TV.
