Good call Michael,

I measured it and found it's 2.65 thick, compared to another 1098
head I have that's 2.75.
A pretty good difference.
It still has pretty good size chambers, I'm gonna try and measure them later.
Really makes me want to put larger valves in it and see how much power is in
it,
 there's sooo much room! :-0
Or if I didn't have to notch the block, I'd drop a 1275 head on it.
Maybe at rebuild time.....
