I have an MG Mitten car cover for my TF from about that era - maybe 1968.
It's still like new.

A local guy just handed me a 1965 MG Mitten catalog.
I want to go back in time and order 10 of everything then go sell it on
Ebay so I can retire!
Lucas fog lamps, $14.95
Sprite tops, $43, MGTD tops are on special for $34.95.
Sprite carpet set $14.95
Astro fiberglass hard tops that give the Sprite a fastback look $155
But shipping a hardtop from CA to the east coast was $10, $6 to Colorado.
Lucas mirrors for $6, Sports coil $9.95,
Amco mats, $12, specify color!!! Clear mats $14
Luggage racks from $22
How about a tonneau cover for $19.95?
Sprite reupholstery kits $49.95
And you guys don't want to know what the Amco bumper guards cost new.
It makes me want to cry. Let's just say the most expensive was for the
Jaguar E type at $24.95.
And i think I'll take a gross of every Amco shift knob for $3.25 each.
This book is packed with goodies that you only dream about today.
It even has a color car cover swatch on one of the pages.
