Aside from the "cool" factor...subsonic .22 rounds through a suppressor still 
sound like a noisy pellet gun. The only round that is truly silent, when fired 
through a suppressor, is the .22 short. You will hear the hammer fall and the 
smack of the bullet hitting the target.
Oh...any air space between the bullet and the barrel (like a revolver) negates 
the suppressor action. (Watch the movies and see someone screw a suppressor onto 
a revolver...WRONG!!!! :o)

Ditto on the manufacture and use...Don't do it! Get a license first and avoid 
the legal issues!
