In my experience, making something illegal is a sure way to guarantee that
plenty of folks will get one just to brag that they have an illegal item.
Legislating legality or illegality is a waste of time and money.  Don't
believe it?  Take the tags off your mattresses and see if anyone comes to
arrest you...   ;-)
