Pull the spark plugs, squirt some oil into each cylinder and try to
turn the engine by hand. If it moves, you have a shot... Assuming that
it isn't frozen, change the oil and filter. Change the anti-freeze.
Just put water in for the time being if you want to wait until you
know more. Pull the dizzy and set it up with new everything. Every
spridget that I have ever seen brought back to life required this.
Spin the motor over with the plugs out to move the oil though it by
cranking it over with the starter for a few seconds at a time. Don't
overheat the starter.. Check for fuel, spark and compression. Fire it
up!. The clutch is probably stuck too. After you get it running, bump
start it in 1st gear, hold the clutch down and drive it in circles til
the disk pops loose.
