[Spridgets] Ethanol

Ethanol / gasoline blends were ubiquitous in Nebraska back in the 70s and I
was using them in my BMW motorcycles frequently. The procedure was to very
slightly advance the timing for the ethanol blends.  We found that a richer
mixture didn't help much.
