Hi all,

Thanks for your concern.  I just talked with our older daughter, who was 
studying with another 4th year medical student when I called, and they 
agreed from my description that I should have someone look at it, but that 
it is not (yet) a desperate emergency.  I will go to a walk-in clinic 
tomorrow morning unless I start having any indications of infection tonight. 
She was also incredulous that I was dumb enough to get frostbite working on 
an engine in my shop.  Sprigiteers must be whackier than she thought.
