Not meaning to make any political statements, here, but my anger is more
against the stupidity of the American consumer, the greed & stupidity of
"big labor", the greed & lack of foresight of American business management,
and the parasitic nature of big government. All these have combined to
bring down more than one major manufacturing economy besides ours. If it
wasn't the Chinese benefitting from our short-sightedness (I'm being polite,
here), it would have been someone else. I don't have an ax to grind with
the Chinese. But, having grown up and come of age in a region made great by
it's manufacturing & engineering achievements, I can see very clearly just
how far we've fallen and it hurts........it HURTS.
