Exactly, that's why you should touch it up with the original oil alkyd enamel type of paint. 
Better known today as Rustoleum.   

Available in Gloss White , Canvas, and of course my favorite: Antique White.

Of course if you paint the whole car with Rustoleum, touch up color matching will never more be an issue.
