My sinuses are not the best.  While I use Neil Med when traveling.  At
home a real bottle of saline solution; the stuff that you can get at the
pharmacy in quart bottle.  It is must less harsh on the sinuses.  I find if
I rinse daily I have very little trouble with my sinuses.
