[Spridgets] brake question

G'day...
I am currently finishing  of my Frontline suspension kit, installing new
flexible brake hoses to the calipers..
my question regards the copper crush washer that is on the banjo fitting at
the back of the caliper..
Should the washer be between the banjo and the caliper, or between the banjo
and the head of the hollow bolt?
logic says it shoul be between the bolt head and the banjo.. but i want to be
certain. My factory manual does not show a diagram including these bits.

almost ready to bleed the brakes and go for a test drive....
