[Spridgets] Accelerator cable collar

Hi all-
its almost 50 degrees here (for a few hours at least) in SE WI so of course I need to do some laps in the neighborhood.  I notice my gas pedal feels odd so I check the cable from one end to the other and find that the metal collar on the firewall/pedalbox area inside the engine compartment has broke free.

is there a repair kit for this or do I have to weld it up somehow?
