Think of it this way;  are YOU actually gonna climb/squirm INTO the
boot [area] to finish paint back side of license plate area, boot
"ceiling" [bottom of deck] AND the boot 'floor' ???

Nobody I have ever known would even think twice about doing so and
I'll bet the blokes originally painting Frogeyes would NOT do it either.
Besides, PRICE of the car would HAVE to go up for that much additional
labour <G> !!!!
