[Spridgets] No LBC School won't allow Christmas in my classroom, how to get around that.

Don't get me started on this subject.
The "holiday" is Christmas, say it, put up any Christmas decoration or
symbol YOU want. It is YOUR classroom or part yours.
I will not buy any Christmas gifts, ornaments, or lights from any place
that can not say the word.
If they are having a "holiday" sale, fine, I'll be in to buy my "holiday
gifts when the "holidays" roll around, that would be Lincoln's birthday,
George's birthday, Columbus day, and for State workers, Election day.
THOSE are holidays.
Christmas is pretty much a religious holiday for those who are
religious. There are plenty of non religious items too.
Both should be acceptable in a country that was settled on the bases of
FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND SPEECH.
end of rant

MERRY CHRISTMAS
