[Spridgets] Help - Title VIN

I sold my Bugeye on Ebay. But then I noticed that my title VIN is the number
on the door jam tag that used to be there before I restored the car. The DPO
did this on the original title I got from him years ago, and I just carried
it thru two states. I never put it back on after restoration, and now I can't
find it. This may cause the buyer a problem if it's inspected (in CT) before
being retitled.

I have the plate attached to the inner fender but it has a different number.

Does anyone know of anyone who can make me a new tag? It's about 3/8" wide,
2" long and has two screw holes at each end. If not, can I get the VIN on my
title changed (It has a WI title, where I live). It is just aluminum with
embossed stamp letters and numbers.

Any recommendations or help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't even know whatthe difference between these two numbers are.
