  This protection scheme is so old school, the only proper way is to 
send me the info and for the small fee of whatever your credit limit, I 
will make sure the card maxed is out at all times so no one else can use 
it.  I guarantee that I will keep it fully maxed out no matter how large 
of a payment you make on it that no one will be able to use the card, 
that is how safe it will be with me.
