I can understand it 'cause it's different strokes for different folks, often at different times.

But for me, like flying, the major fun has always been in the "driving" it, with working on it myself following closely in second place.

But If I can't drive it more or less as a daily driver for most of the year for whatever reason(s), no point in having it IMHO.
