Agreed that dish liquid would supply the surfactant, but no corrosion
protection. Doesn't the new (the liquid as opposed to the old crystals that
you had to dissolve) Water Wetter have corrosion protection in it? Maybe
add just a little anti-freeze to the water/dish liquid mixture to take care
of that?

Skip, the Sultan of Spridgets (aka Frank Clarici) NEVER uses Water Wetter.
He says 3 drops of dishwashing liquid will achieve the same result, for a
significantly reduced cost.
