[Spridgets] Exhaust Cutout

It's a bypass pipe/junction.  Used by Rolls Royce in WW2 or was it  WW1.  
Ilegal in Uk motorsports.  Google bypass pipe and you should  find one.  
Doesn' feature in any Spridget tuning book I'm aware  of....
