With a proper turbo setup from British Leyland's MG Metro you can get  
anything from 120 - about 260bhp depending on how long you wanted the engine to  
last.  150bhp is probably pretty reliable but not on a standard  gearbox.  
Err there are books with this stuff in .....

Can I get 450 HP from my 1275  with this setup?  Where the hell does
