The DCOE and DCO are visually very similar.  They are different carbs  but 
not dissimilar like a IDA or DCNF for example.  Search ebay for a  48DCOE 
and most likely what you'll get is a 48 DCO.

DCOE vs DCO.....

....according to  Passini on Weber (I don't "know" mind you, just the 
messenger) "a DCO is not  at all a DCOE".
