[Spridgets] Help needed on conical washers

Hello Greg,

     Conical washers, also known as Belleville washer are installed
     with the height of the dome toward the nut or bolt, and the
     "hollow" toward the work. Proper torque is essential when using
     this style, as too much will flatten and so destroy its
     characteristics.

     I've never seen them used outside of electrical installations,
     where they are employed to keep bus bar connections tight that
     expand and contract due to the the heating and cooling caused by
     various current loads.

     If you look up Belleville washers you can find the proper
     torque/size.
