you know, Ed... I have been convinced by this experience that "haste makes waste" I really wanted this drive-able this summer. This was intended to be a "getaway" for my wife and I. We have two very young, demanding, kids that we adore, but do need our time away. I had hoped that this little car would be our wine country tourer this summer. It did not work out. I do not regret the investment so far. The biggest waste of time and money came prior to knowing about forums like this and the BCF. Now that I know you guys, I hope you will keep me in check and keep me motivated. I also do not feel that I have "over-spent" much at all considering the expectation and the payoff. Insults like that only de-motivate me.

Ed:
<< I don't have a light (but
will soon after this).>>
Although and for YEARS <G> I have do wanted/want
the Snap-On [ basically an All-In-One unit ] about 35
- 40 years ago (the one I had crapped - money was
snug -) so I bought a Craftsman [ chrome metal case ]
which had a knob on the 'wrong end of the barrel' to
re-set timing advance and I am STILL using it. And I
have used on both Pos & Neg Grd cars. It is the ONLY
'tool' I would/will EVER buy again from Sears. I HAVE
[ oops ] dropped it and it still just keeps on ticking !!!
I would guess it would be around $80.00 today BUT it has
served mt EXTREMELY well and therefore I DO recom-
mend it.
If you NEED me to look up on Sears site I will but rather
YOU spend the time and then send me a link and I will
confirm what you find is the same item. <V V V B G>

PS: And I wonder just HOW much money you have OVER-
spent because yer in such a "hurry" <G> ?!?!?
