No, Dean.  However a goodly number of years ago
a couple of the majors players in the WW field did
some serious research into the problem of Radial
Tube available and the general use of tubes.  They
DID come up with ONE existing (3M IIRC) tape
that will not nor does not 'abrade' tubes and all
have been using it ever since.

So go ahead a do the MGers type thing;  go the
absolute cheapest route and use duct tape
whatever.  It's hopefully only your body or life.
