[Spridgets] Hang up and drive, Pt 4

Hello,

At least in Washington, it is against the law to use a cell phone
that is not a "hands free" device while driving, BUT...

It is not a primary offence. That is they can't pull you over for
it, they can just add to the fine if they pull you over for
    something else. ...MEANWHILE..

As WE who are enlightened are aware, even using a hands free phone
has been shown to be at least as large an impairment as driving
    over the .08 blood/alchohol limit. .....

(speaking of which, all studies showing drunk driving impairment
show you the results after jut TWO drinks. They don't show what
happens after just ONE because you actually become a better
driver, at least as determined from their tests.. they never want
to tell you that bit of information, but I digress..)

Until it becomes a primary, ticketable offence, people won't stop
    doing it...
