[Spridgets] wire wheels

I was just wondering if a British motorcycle shop would be any help with
skinny wire wheels? I also remember taking my '53 F-100 panel to several
tire shops because none of them would install a tube, even though the tires
were tube type bias ply. I finally found a shop that would do it, but then I
had to wait until the one guy who knew how came back from lunch.
