Well, this is a very interesting guy. After reading Ron's note I did
a little searching and found that he owns or owned a lighthouse in
the U.P. of Michigan near where I lived. The light house is located
at Bete Gris and is known as the Mendota lighthouse. I found some
archived web pages in the Internet.org site so it makes me think he
no longer owns the place. I remember that they (his wife Connie)
opened a nice little restaurant up there too. You really have to want
to go there. Bete Gris is located in the Keweenaw Peninsula a few
miles from the tip. Beyond is the vast expanse of Lake Superior. He
dumped a bunch of money into that place too. I think everyone should
own a lighthouse. Next, I'm going to write some of my U.P. friends
and see if they remember anything about him. Pipl.com returns info
about Gary too.

>Google his name
>- Gary Kohs - I've seen the Titanic model that's mentioned if you google the
>guy - amazing. Also neat to read about his MV Agusta bikes - he brings them to
>a small village in Italy to have them restored by the right guy. I now believe
>that DMH and Geoff restored the Sprite! Must have been a helluva divorce
>settlement.
