Seriously? Some of these "environmental cases" need to get a life.
What about all the lead sinkers in fishing tackle? Does that not pollute the waters?
I bet the environmental nut case just happens to be a fisherman.
Tell the tire shops to recycle the lead weights and ship them to china, they can make more paint with it.
