[Spridgets] Engine mounts

I have pulled the engine, and the all steel mounts bolted to the frame are cracked.  Neither VB or Moss sell the part. Is it available, or should I just weld it up?

Also, do all the wheels need to be off to put it on the side for floors?  There's not enough weight now to compress the springs to free parts. Oops.
