Yea that's the trick,  It takes real tiny holes in the carb to make 168mpg happen.
Then one day the little tiny holes get clogged up and the PO takes the carb off to fix it.
Interest is lost, and the carb is set aside, and then over time it is lost...   
Next thing you know the moped is the aquired by someone like Frank...sans carb.

I think there's Karma here somewhere, just not sure if it is good or bad...and for who..
