Gotta admit that when you went to a big bar, a Molson Export was the beer to
order.  Get a waitress' attention from any distance.  Hold up your 2 hands
with your 2 index fingers crossed in an X and you got served quickly.  You
could also do numbers and size with hand signals.  It wasn't hard to get 6
large X.
