My '79 with 165/70-13s measures 24" on the driver's side and 24.5" on 
the passenger side and looks balanced front to rear.

Can anyone tell me the height from the ground to the bottom of the
front wheel arch on a '76 Midget with the 1500 engine, Rostyle wheels
and stock tires?

Mine seems to me to be too high in the front! It may be normal but I
don't know for sure.
