[Spridgets] To vent or not to vent

Actually most DON'T have a plate over the crankcase mechanical fuel pump  
port but only the early blocks CC and the last blocks 12V.  All the CD and  CE 
blocks are solid casting though this can be drilled out and tapped for studs  
for the plate.
