[Spridgets] Rear Hub Hitting Brake Cylinder

The hub will scrape the rubber boot but it should not hit any metal on 
the wheel cylinder.
I have converted a few Bugeyes to later back plates.
You will have to grind about a 1/16 off the back of the brake drum, that 
will rub.
