[Spridgets] BUGIII's Latest Mod

OK I haven't been following this project so please fill me in. I see the
carbs are on the opposite side as our Sprites so is it an A Series motor
(looks like one) is it just a different valve head if so what is it and BTW
nice carbs what kind are they? Looks sweet how fast does she top out at?
