An excellent point!  I'll check on that.  I don't recall having this prior to the rebuild, but it never really got above 35mph to begin with.....

Edward- Check to make sure that you have your u-joints clocked correctly at
the spline joint. the 'fixed' portions should be 180 degrees offset.
