[Spridgets] Disc Brake conversion

Hi group,
 
I'm converting to disc brakes on my '61 BE.  Two questions:
 
1. Can I get by using the old brake master cylinder?
 
2. Are the lower "A" frames on the '61 the same as those on the '66 donor
car?
