[Spridgets] NOSHIT II Snohomish, 7/18

[WFO Herb]

Saw a maroon Bugeye with CA plates, luggage rack (I think I saw one) on its
way through Grants Pass (Southern Oregon)headed south; just the driver.  One
of the guys that helped???
