I don't think they are, but they may be since they are close in price.
I have bought and used Stebels and can vouch for them. I have also
bought and tried to use a cut-off saw from Harbor Freight. I kept the
horns but sold the saw to Frank. ;-)

John, if you see pictures of that one and the Bad Boy side-by-side
you'll swear they are the same unit.
