Exactly what I did!
Duh.  What was I thinking?

Actually that was my first thought but the only air compressor I have
is one of the rackety 12V jobs that just couldn't do the job.
Borrowed a nice "portable" unit and quickly airred up the tires and
placed the car on stands until I can get back to it to see why they
had gone down.
