[Spridgets] Won't stay running

I know this is off topic these days but I have a Sprite that I just can 
not keep running.
Stock 1.25 SUs, It will fire up for a split second and turn off, like 
it's not getting any gas.
You know me, I already switched the carbs to a known running set. Same 
problem.
I tried a few dizzys too, all fire it right up but like the carbs of 
unknown settings, it just fired up and died.
Seems like a major intake leak but there is nothing visible, everything 
tight, new gaskets.
If I could keep it running for more than a second, I could spray stuff 
around to check for leaks but
I have to get it running first.
Full choke, 1/2 choke, full throttle, 1/2 throttle, idle, no choke, no 
matter what, it just goes brmmmm and dies.
The valves are adjusted correctly and they all work.
Runs damn good when it runs.
